The Bridge Mexican Gourmet is a family owned and operated establishment.

Augustin Garcia

Part chef, part maitre d', Augustin brings years of kitchen expertise and customer service to The Bridge Mexican Gourmet. Augustin honed his culinary craft under Chef Paco at El Mexica Gourmet, where he ran the kitchen for over a decade. He has brought that flair to The Bridge. Augustin is also your host at The Bridge, with his one-of-a-kind warmth and sincerity that established him as a first class restauranteur.

Carlos Garcia

The kitchen is headed by Carlos, ensuring every meal is freshly cooked to order. He is also a veteran of El Mexica Gourmet.

Teresa Brown

Teresa owns and manages The Bridge and can often be found managing the beautiful bar.
